Trend start: How long is the price trend leading to the start of the chart pattern?
0-3 months 3-6 months Over 6 months

Flat base: Does a flat base appear before the chart pattern?
Yes No

Horizontal consolidation region: Is overhead resistance in the way of price movement?
Yes No

Higher right bottom: Is the lowest price in the last bottom above, equal to, or below the lowest price in the middle bottom?
Above Equal to Below

Throwbacks: Do you think a throwback will occur (usually answer Yes)?
